Description: After entering a competition in a local newspaper, Sonny wins first prize. Free ticks for himself and one friend to Luna Park (Look out Skip I hope you like those rides). Whilst on the ferry trip between Circular Quay and Milsons Point, Sonny makes the acquaintance of a fella named Nimble Norris known to the police as a local pickpocket. Norris notices the two detectives that where chasing him waiting to arrest him on arrival at Milsons Point wharf. To get rid of the evidence, he hides the stolen wallet in Skippy's pouch. Unbeknown to Norris the detectives decide to follow him inside Luna Park and wait for him to slip up. Just as Norris is about to retrieve the stolen wallet, Skippy takes it out of her pouch and returns it to him in full view of the detectives. Crime definitely doesn't pay especially when you have a kangaroo as intelligent as Skippy working on the case.
