Episode: Season 1 Episode 16 - When The Bough Breaks

Description: A young family with a baby picnicking in the park decide to go canoeing. They secure the baby in the bassinette. After only a few minutes in the water they notice the baby has vanished. Mark Hammond spots the drama from the patrol boat. Fearing the baby has drowned, he radios Ranger Headquarters who immediately contact the police. Here are a few photographs of the picnic area.

Description: A magician & his assistant try to kidnap Skippy so she can become the star of their travelling show. These photographs show the two con men, Sonny & Skippy arriving at their camp site. Next photo, the magician, his assistant & Skippy have vanished into thin air. The third photo shows Matt Hammond consoling Sonny.

Episode 71

Episode: Season 2 Episode 71 - Maggie
Year: 1968
Location: Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park , Elizabeth Bay & Kings Cross
Description: A friend of Jerry's named Maggie is being followed by two mysterious men. Unsure of what to do, she telephones Jerry and arranges to meet him at Ranger Headquarters. Disguised in a dark coloured wig, sunglasses & white overalls, she leaves her apartment believing she is no longer being followed. She then rides her motorbike to Waratah National Park. Below are a collection of photographs showing Maggie's apartment, Maggie riding her bike, the bad guys, the police finding Maggie's bike and Skippy leading the police back to Ranger Headquarters. I have included a black & white image of the Village Centre, photographed around the same time as the Skippy episode in order to give people an understanding of where the staircase was in relation to the existing red brick building.

Description: An elderly swagman named Mr Trundle arrives at Ranger Headquarters looking for work. While doing odd jobs in the park he camps down by the river. During his stay he befriends Sonny & Skippy. He regales them with a life time of fantastic stories. As a parting gift he gives Sonny an expensive pocket watch. Engraved on the back of the watch is a family crest & the initials M.V.A. Has the swagman given Sonny stolen property?

Episode: Season 1 Episode 32 - Date In Dalmer
Year: 1967
Location: Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park
Description: Sonny is kidnapped and held hostage in a secret location. The kidnapper has been critically wounded from a gun shot.  Matt Hammond & Sir Adrian must first save the kidnapper's life so they can find out where he has hidden Sonny.

Skippy Movie: Skippy And The Intruders

Description: Two divers seek permission to search for abalone off the coast of Waratah National Park. Almost immediately Jerry is suspicious. He knows for a fact there is very little abalone in the Park's coastal waters. Here are a few photos of the intruders' camp site.
